FreeBSD 5.3-RC2 Released

The release engineer says "if no more show-stopper problems are found this will be the last test release done before 5.3-RELEASE." I intend to test this at work tomorrow morning. The release engineering team is doing everything they can to make this a release fit for the title STABLE.
